Milk diet for weight loss

Milk diet is recommended for people who like milk, cocoa, honey and vegetable broth, because these are the basic ingredients of a diet. Use it only at weekends, from Friday to Sunday, and you can eat almost everything within a week, but half as much as you used to eat. You need to avoid fatty meats and high-calorie cakes.



The only important recommendation is to eat a milk meal from Monday to Thursday at lunchtime. After 10 days you can go back to your dietary habits, but at least once a month you can repeat your diet.


It is effective, simple and safe and, in addition, provides the necessary amount of protein. It can be used at any age. However, it requires strong motivation - not everyone can stand to reduce the daily ration by half.

Milk diet: Monday to Thursday 

Milk meal
250g of white white lean cheese
1 degreased yoghurt
2 teaspoons of honey
Grind the cheese into mass, add yoghurt and honey. Mix thoroughly.

Honey drink
3/4 glass of non-carbonated mineral water combined with juice from 1 lemon and a teaspoon of honey.

Milk diet: Friday

Morning

Drink 1/2 a glass of boiled water before getting out of bed.

Breakfast

Milk bowl with 1 teaspoon of cocoa and honey.

Before midday

1 orange or 1 grapefruit and 1 litre of water pits in small portions

Lunch

Beef tenderloin (150 g) or 200 g of cooked fish with herbs and lemon or 200 g of white meat

2 hours later

1 yoghurt with 1 teaspoonful of honey

At 16.00.

Honey drink

After 19.00 hrs

Drink 3 bowls of vegetable broth (without salt) at 10 minute intervals and then eat 3 plates of cooked vegetables (every 20 min).

Before sleep

1 yoghurt with a teaspoon of honey or a glass of honey drink

Milk diet: Saturday


Morning

Stay in bed for as long as possible and drink as little as possible every half an hour: 1.5 litres of water, juice from 2 freshly squeezed grapefruit, 1 glass of milk with 1 teaspoon of cocoa and 1 teaspoon of honey, 1/2 l broth

Afternoon

1 yoghurt with honey and 2 hours later 1 honey drink

For dinner

Roasted trout (200g), bowl of green vegetables with a light vinegrette sauce

Before sleep

Yogurt with a teaspoon of honey

Milk diet: Sunday 

Morning

1/2 l of water, juice of 1 squeezed grapefruit, 15 minutes later cocoa with honey and lean milk

Before midday

Drink 1 litre of water, 1 glass per half hour

Lunch

200 g of white breast meat of chicken or turkey, cooked or cooked in fat-free film or 200 g of lean fish, green vegetable salad and lemon juice

Compote made of 2 apples or dried fruit

Between 17.00 and 19.00 hours

Glass of honey drink

For dinner

vegetable bouquet with a bit of oil or butter sauce, 1 boiled in shell or baked in potato film

Before sleep
