Instant, extremely effective (3-4kg in five days). A rather restrictive diet, it takes only 5 days, but you'll lose 3 or even 4 kilos. Ideal for people who have to lose weight immediately for a variety of reasons.

Meals are eaten every 2 hours starting from 9 a. m. to 10 p. m. You will finish the day with a glass of red, dry wine, not later than at 8 p. m.
